Ground -Level Tilt Table

Ground-Level Tilt Tables (GTT) help prevent physical strain and fatigue caused by lifting, bending, and reaching by tilting loads to a comfortable working position. By reducing repetitive motion and awkward handling, these tilting machines improve efficiency while helping reduce workplace injuries.

Ground-Level Tilt Tables are commonly used in warehouses and manufacturing facilities for applications such as order packing, product assembly, and machine feeding. With the proper platform size, they also function effectively as pallet tilters, allowing operators to access materials easily without excessive reaching or bending.

These tilt tables are available in two platform sizes—36" x 48" or 48" x 48"—and three load capacities of 2,000 lb., 4,000 lb., or 6,000 lb. All models raise loads from 8 inches to 40 inches and tilt up to 45 degrees, providing flexibility that allows workers to position materials comfortably and maintain efficient processing speeds.

The GTT design features three-sided loading access, a self-contained hydraulic power unit, and a convenient floor foot switch for simple operation.
