Compartment Roller Trays (CRT)
Compartment Roller Trays (CRT) help convert forklift battery compartments from overhead extraction to side extraction for faster, safer battery changes. Switching to lateral battery extraction can improve efficiency, reduce the risk of accidents, and lower operational costs—especially in larger fleets.
Standard Compartment Roller Trays feature a 2.19" (56 mm) height, 30" (762 mm) length, and are available in widths of 7", 12", or 16". Each CRT comes equipped with five roller tubes and a minimum 1,200 lb capacity. Custom roller trays can also be built to your specifications.
These trays are designed for ease of use and durability in demanding industrial environments. Heavy-duty construction ensures reliable performance, and the OSHA Safety Yellow powder-coat finish resists acid, scratches, and impact.
