Shipping Policy
At Green Energy Concepts, Inc. (GECI), we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.
Inventory availability can change quickly. For rush orders, we recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and shipping timing.
Shipping Charges
Green Energy Concepts does not offer free shipping. All orders are subject to applicable shipping and handling charges based on weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method.
Shipping Methods
Available shipping options may include:
- Carrier-calculated shipping
- UPS or FedEx shipping where available
- LTL freight for oversized or heavy items
- Bill My UPS Account
- Local pickup, when available
Bill My UPS Account
Customers selecting “Bill My UPS Account” must provide a valid UPS account number and billing ZIP code. Orders may be delayed if the account information is incomplete or cannot be verified.
Freight Shipments
Large, heavy, or oversized items may require LTL freight shipping. Freight charges may be calculated at checkout or quoted separately when needed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including whether a liftgate, residential delivery, limited access delivery, or special delivery service is required. Additional carrier charges may apply.
Shipping Area
Orders ship from our Charlotte, North Carolina warehouse. We ship throughout the continental United States. Additional freight charges may apply for shipments west of Colorado or for oversized freight shipments.
Delivery Times
Transit times vary based on destination, carrier, and selected shipping method. Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
GECI is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has left our facility.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect all shipments upon delivery. Any visible damage should be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery. Damage or missing items should be reported to GECI within 48 hours of receipt.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional charges may apply for address corrections, re-delivery, shipment rerouting, or returned shipments.
