BMOD-R Battery Module - Intelligent Battery Identification and Monitoring

DESCRIPTION

The BMOD-R is a battery identification module for Electric Vehicles and Stand-by power systems.

It has only two wires, to be connected to the battery positive and negative terminals, and an integrated sensor (temperature and electrolyte level) to be installed in a central cell.

When used with GECI chargers, the BMO-R extends the functionalities of the system and optimizes the operation, particularly in opportunity / fast charging applications.

BMOD-R modules allow the programming of individual charging profiles and parameters for each battery in the fleet, to optimize performance, ensure operator safety and maximize battery life.

Moreover, when the batteries in the fleet are equipped with BMOD-R modules, all data saved by the chargers include battery IDs.

The communication between BMOD-R modules and GECI chargers is wireless, therefore there is no need for auxiliary wires and contacts.
